Founded by Corinne and Graham Shalvoy, Strides is grounded in real-world recruiting experience and an insider’s perspective on what makes great teams work.

Corinne Shalvoy brings 15+ years of progressive leadership in corporate Talent Acquisition, following her start in a technology staffing firm. Her experience spans strategic hiring, organizational design, and operational excellence. At Strides, she leads business operations and is also the co-host of 2Talented, where she shares insights from the employer side of the hiring table.

Graham Shalvoy has spent over 20 years in the staffing industry, from national powerhouses to high-growth, mid-sized firms. He began his career placing finance and accounting professionals and has spent the last 8 years immersed in technology recruiting. With over 500 successful placements across a wide range of industries, Graham leads Strides’ sales and recruiting strategy and crafts custom solutions that meet clients where they are—and take them where they need to go. He’s also the co-host of the 2Talented podcast, helping job seekers navigate the AI-driven job market.
