Who We Are
Strides is a certified woman-owned recruiting firm built on decades of experience from both sides of the hiring table.
Founded by Corinne and Graham Shalvoy, Strides combines corporate Talent Acquisition experience with agency staffing and recruiting expertise.
Corinne brings more than 15 years of Talent Acquisition leadership, with experience spanning strategic hiring, organizational design and recruiting operations.
Graham has spent more than 20 years in the staffing industry, beginning in Finance & Accounting and later specializing in Technology recruiting. Over his career, he has been involved in more than 500 successful placements.
Together, we built Strides around a simple idea: recruiting should be thorough, responsive, honest and focused on getting the hire right.
